Over years of working with people who stutter and clutter, Eleanor has found that many clients and families experience outdoor environments as more regulating and less intimidating than traditional clinical settings. Walking side-by-side, exploring nature and sharing experiences can reduce the pressure of face-to-face interaction while creating opportunities for authentic communication, self-expression and real-world practice, as a client feels comfortable and with respect to privacy.

Evidence-based approaches for stuttering and cluttering are integrated throughout each session, while engaging with the world around us in a natural, functional and meaningful way.

Initial consultations are conducted via telehealth. Ongoing session locations are then discussed and tailored to individual goals, needs and preferences.
