Initial Consultation

Breakdown: Case history, observation, formal/informal assessments, and therapy planning.
Sub-clinical speech pathology services: Professional speaking coaching for professionals

Professional speaking coaching* for professionals via telehealth or in person.
This service involves speech rate assessment of factors which impact how well your message comes across, such as speech rate, expression and body language. Eleanor then works on these elements over a series of 4-5 sessions, based on her clinical experience working on speech intelligibility with clients who clutter.
*Please note: This service is sub-clinical, meaning if you require assistance with voice concerns, for example vocal fatigue, or voice problems, then you’ll need to book in for an initial consult assessment for clinical voice assessment and case history gathering.
Individual Therapy Sessions
$193.33
Tailored, one-on-one therapy sessions to address specific goals in voice or stuttering, or cluttering challenges.
-Frequency: Weekly or fortnightly, as needed.
- (30, 45 and 60 minute sessions available). Speech Craft video sessions are 40 minutes + 20 minutes of editing/ non-face to face time.
Speech Assessment & Report
$872.96
This service includes 1 x 60-minute session, Test materials, analysis and report (4.5 hours total): ls like price, value, length of service, and why it’s unique. Or use these sections to showcase different key values of your products or services.
Deposit to be paid at the time of booking $174.59
Remaining balance at the time of assessment $698.00
Note, that if the assessment takes longer than a 60-minute session to complete, additional time will be charged in 15 minute increments at $193.99/hour
For more complex assessments, these will be charged at $193.99 hourly rate for all time spent on the session, analysis and reporting, plus the cost of test materials.

Cancellation Policy
To ensure appointment times remain available for all clients, we ask that at least 48 hours' notice is provided if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice, or missed appointments, may incur a cancellation fee in line with NDIS and private practice guidelines.
If you are unwell, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss telehealth or alternative arrangements.
